Information you choose to send
The quote form collects your name, telephone number, location, vehicle details, fault description and dashboard photo. Email is optional. Please avoid uploading personal documents or photographs showing other people.
How it is used
We use the information to assess the request, discuss a quote, contact you and arrange agreed work. Enquiry handling relies on taking steps at your request before a possible service contract. Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any agreed work, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Form and email processing
Submissions and attachments pass through FormSubmit to our email inbox. FormSubmit operates separately and its own privacy terms apply. Read FormSubmit privacy information. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable obligations. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use the quote form to enrol you in marketing.
Site features
